1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HireBuilt ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

HireBuilt connects skilled trades workers with manufacturing employers and trade schools. We provide job listings, application tools, employer profiles, school career hubs, and workforce analytics.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One person or entity per account — no shared accounts
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform

4. Employer Obligations

Employers using the Platform agree to:

  • Post only genuine, current job openings
  • Provide accurate compensation and job details
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws (EEOC, ADA, FLSA, state laws)
  • Respond to applicants in a timely manner
  • Not use the Platform for discriminatory hiring practices

5. Job Seeker Obligations

Job seekers using the Platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in applications and profiles
  • Not misrepresent qualifications, certifications, or work history
  • Apply only to positions they are genuinely interested in

6. School Obligations

Trade schools and educational institutions agree to:

  • Claim only school profiles they are authorized to manage
  • Provide accurate program and enrollment information
  • Use student data only for legitimate career placement purposes

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without permission
  • Posting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job listings
  • Harassment of other users
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures
  • Using the Platform for any purpose other than its intended use

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software on HireBuilt are owned by HireBuilt Inc. or its licensors. Job listings remain the property of the posting employer. User-submitted content (applications, profiles) remains the property of the submitting user.

9. Limitation of Liability

HireBuilt is a platform connecting parties and does not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not responsible for the accuracy of employer-provided job listings, hiring decisions, or workplace conditions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
