Terms of Service

By accessing or using HireBuilt ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

HireBuilt is a read-only discovery directory for skilled-trades jobs, employers, and schools. Job applications continue on the exact source job page, and school actions continue on a verified school website. HireBuilt does not operate an applicant tracking system or enrollment service.

Public HireBuilt browsing does not require an account. Employer identity and profile control are managed through BOMForge. HireBuilt does not offer a separate public password signup.

Employers and source publishers remain responsible for their listings. Source content must:

• Post only genuine, current job openings
• Provide accurate compensation and job details
• Comply with all applicable employment laws (EEOC, ADA, FLSA, state laws)
• Not use the Platform for discriminatory hiring practices

HireBuilt links to independent employer and school websites. Before submitting information, users should confirm the destination, review that site's privacy terms, and evaluate the listing or program independently.

• Do not submit phone numbers, résumés, applications, or other candidate data to HireBuilt.
• Do not attempt to use search or contact fields to transmit sensitive information.
• Contact the employer or school directly about hiring or enrollment decisions.

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without permission
• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job listings
• Harassment of other users
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than its intended use

HireBuilt's designs and software are owned by HireBuilt Inc. or its licensors. Job, employer, and school source content remains the property of its respective owner.

HireBuilt does not guarantee employment, admission, listing accuracy, or source-site availability. Employers and schools control their own application, hiring, admissions, pricing, and workplace or program conditions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
