ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers’ most pressing national security requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design, implement, and execute detailed test cases, plans and procedures based on system requirements and specifications to ensure thorough validation of system functionalities and performance.
  • Work collaboratively across hardware and software teams in a fast-paced, quick-reaction design and development environment to comprehensively test products as they move from concept through prototype and into production.
  • Assess system test coverage against established requirements using requirements management tools.
  • Understand end-to-end hardware and software evaluation methodologies, including performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis.
  • Own all development testing activities at a program level, thoroughly tracking efforts and coordinating with POCs to ensure cross-functional coverage.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development.
  • 5+ years of experience in testing and verification in support of product design and development.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and rigorous test procedures for integrated hardware and software systems, with proven success in end-to-end systems testing.
  • Experience implementing military standards for qualification testing and acceptance testing to include the use of MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing to effectively verify and validate system requirements.
  • Strong technical communication skills, providing the ability to communicate technical information to and across teams, leaderships and stakeholders.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Proficient in utilizing test automation frameworks and programming languages (MATLAB, Python) for comprehensive post-test data analysis and visualization.
US Salary Range
$126,000$167,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
