Supply Chain Business Process Manager

Hermeus is a high-speed aircraft manufacturer focused on the rapid design, build, and test of high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft for the national interest. We are looking for a Supply Chain Business Process Manager to design, implement, and scale the operational processes that enable our supply chain to move fast while maintaining quality, traceability, and compliance.    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highgrowth startup environments where processes are evolving quickly and the ability to turn chaos into scalable systems is critical. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and procurement to build the supply chain operating model that supports rapid prototyping and production scaling.
