We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to join our team with a focus on Design for Manufacture (DFM). This role is central to transitioning our aircraft from prototype development into scalable, cost‑effective, and conformity‑driven production. You will work across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to ensure that our designs are optimized for manufacturability, repeatability, and certification readiness.   The ideal candidate brings deep experience in maturing complex mechanical systems into production, leading cross‑functional teams, and driving disciplined engineering practices that balance performance, cost, and manufacturability.
