Senior Manager Capital Projects

About the role:    As the Senior Manager or Head of Capital Projects, you will lead the planning and execution of complex capital projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from initial scoping through construction and final handoff. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines, while managing architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is responsible for driving permitting and regulatory compliance, maintaining detailed project schedules and financial tracking in collaboration with Procurement and Finance, and proactively managing risks, changes, and contractor performance. You will serve as a key liaison between leadership and project teams, providing clear reporting and ensuring all projects transition seamlessly to Facilities and Workplace Operations upon completion.
