- Partner with engineering, product, and technical leadership to translate customer challenges into differentiated solutions, inform technology and product development priorities, and guide concepts from early customer engagement through program transition.
- Lead strategic capture and pursuit efforts, including selected Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), by developing capture strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and positioning Privateer for successful outcomes.
- Develop and execute customer and account strategies through targeted engagements, executive relationships, demonstrations, partner development, and other activities that strengthen customer relationships and advance opportunities.
- Assess the competitive and partner landscape to identify market dynamics, teaming opportunities, competitive advantages, and potential organizational conflicts of interest that inform pursuit strategy.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally by translating evolving mission needs and customer feedback into actionable insights that inform revenue forecasts, technology development, product priorities, and overall growth strategy.
