About the Role We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the assembly and build operations for our growing fleet of autonomous robots. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a structured manufacturing environment, is obsessive about quality, and is passionate about building systems that scale. Initially, this role will be based in Snow Hill, NC for approximately three months to deeply understand our existing production processes, before transitioning to our Philadelphia, PA headquarters as production operations scale there.
