Anduril’s Manufacturing Technology, Maritime Team is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Maritime Systems. The Maritime Manufacturing Technology Team is responsible for rapidly developing and implementing manufacturing technologies and processes for cutting-edge defense hardware, including deployable static and moving surface, undersea and sea to air vehicles and scaling these products in our new manufacturing facilities.
As a Manufacturing Planner, you will own the critical bridge between engineering design, supply chain, and shop-floor execution for our advanced autonomous systems. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the operational sequence of how we build hardware at scale. You will direct the creation and maintenance of detailed manufacturing plans, build and optimize MES routings, manage BOM structures, and ensure that technicians have clear, repeatable work instructions compliant with rigorous customer standards (including NAVSEA). You will play a pivotal role in turning broader functional plans into actionable processes, managing configuration changes, and maintaining production schedules within established timelines and budgets.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
