- Support government and defense contract logistics requirements, including familiarity with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and customer-specific shipping instructions or contract clauses.
- Maintain shipment records, export/import documentation, proof of delivery, tracking data, and audit-ready files in accordance with company and regulatory retention requirements.
- Identify logistics risks, shipment delays, customs holds, documentation gaps, and routing constraints; proactively communicate issues and drive resolution.
- Develop and improve standard work, carrier processes, shipping documentation, and international logistics workflows to support Mach’s continued growth.
- Operate forklifts and other approved material-handling equipment as needed to safely load, unload, stage, and move freight, equipment, and program assets.
- Support other Logistics, Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Material Handling, and Operations functions as needed to meet program schedules, shipment deadlines, and changing business priorities.
