In this role, you will operate at the intersection of accounting and operations, developing the processes and financial infrastructure that enable accurate, timely, and scalable financial operations. You will work closely with Finance, HR, and cross-functional teams while overseeing our external accounting partner, progressively bringing key processes in-house as the company grows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up - combining strong accounting fundamentals with a systems and operational mindset - while contributing to the development of a modern, scalable finance function in a high-growth, engineering-driven environment.
